• A Genuine Love for Kids: This is the most important part! You genuinely enjoy spending time with school-age learners, fostering their growth, and celebrating their "Aha!" moments.

• Demonstrated Teaching Experience: Your background shows you know how to connect with and guide young learners. This could come from diverse experiences like:

  • Homeschooling

  • Nannying or Tutoring

  • Formal Student Teaching/Education Program Enrollment

  • Leading educational workshops or programs

• A Creative Spark: You're excited to deliver hands-on, engaging, and imaginative lessons, especially in our unique STEAM + Spanish integration pathway.

• Bilingual Proficiency (Major Plus!): The ability to speak Spanish is a significant asset that will allow you to excel in our language acquisition programs.
