At Silverwood School, curiosity is the spark that drives discovery, and our Spanish & STEAM Explorers program turns that spark into progress. Join us at their beautiful campus!
In this dynamic six-week course, students dive into Spanish language learning through hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) projects that bring vocabulary and concepts to life. Each week, learners explore real-world topics like building, experimenting, creating, and problem-solving, while communicating in Spanish.
Program Highlights
Language Through Creation: Students develop Spanish fluency while engaging in fun, project-based learning.
STEAM-Infused Learning: Each session blends Spanish instruction with a STEAM theme—experimenting with simple chemistry, exploring shapes and structures, or crafting art that celebrates global design.
Critical Thinking & Collaboration: Learners use inquiry, observation, and teamwork to connect language and science by asking questions, making predictions, and presenting results in Spanish.
Cultural Exploration: Every project introduces cultural touch-points from Spanish-speaking countries, deepening global awareness and empathy.
Small Group Discovery: Low student-to-teacher ratios ensure every explorer receives the encouragement and guidance they need to thrive.
